1. What you are buying
ARESTRADEX software is sold as software only. It does not include, sell or supply market data. Prices, history and live data are downloaded by the software from your own broker data API account, using credentials you enter, and are stored only on your computer. Any API fee is between you and your broker.
2. Licence
A licence key is for one computer (identified by its Machine ID) and one user. A lifetime licence has no expiry; a time-limited licence stops working after its expiry date. Pro plans that include extra PCs allow that number of additional computers, owned or controlled by the licence holder, to be fed by the main PC. You may not copy, resell, sublicense, rent or share licence keys, or reverse engineer, modify or bypass the licensing of the software.
3. Your responsibilities
Follow your broker's API terms and the rules of the exchanges whose data you receive. Market data received through your account is for your own use; redistributing it may require exchange licences. Keep your API keys, passwords and TOTP secrets private.
4. No advice, no warranty
The software does not give investment advice. Data may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Trading decisions are yours alone.
5. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for trading losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the software or any data.
6. Third parties
Zerodha, Kite Connect, Shoonya, Finvasia, SAMCO, AmiBroker, MetaStock and Advanced GET are trademarks of their owners. ARESTRADEX products are independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Termination
This licence ends automatically if you break these terms. You may uninstall the software at any time; your market-data folder is never deleted by the uninstaller.
8. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India.
